ম্যানুয়াল পেশী পরীক্ষার পদ্ধতি (Manual Muscle Testing Procedure): ম্যানুয়াল পেশী পরীক্ষা (Manual Muscle Testing - MMT) হলো পেশীর শক্তি পরিমাপ করার একটি ক্লিনিক্যাল পদ্ধতি। এটি নিউরোলজিক্যাল পরীক্ষার একটি গুরুত্বপূর্ণ অংশ যা পেশীতে দুর্বলতা, পক্ষাঘাত, বা অন্যান্য পেশী সম্পর্কিত সমস্যা শনাক্ত করতে সাহায্য করে। পদ্ধতি: রোগীর অবস্থান: রোগীকে পরীক্ষার জন্য আরামদায়ক অবস্থানে বসতে বা শুইতে হবে। পেশী নির্বাচন: পরীক্ষার জন্য নির্দিষ্ট পেশী নির্বাচন করা হবে। স্কেলিং: পেশীর শক্তি 0 থেকে 5 পর্যন্ত স্কেলে পরিমাপ করা হয়: 0: কোন সংকোচন নেই 1: ট্রেস সংকোচন 2: gravity-eliminated পজিশনে পেশী সংকুচিত করতে পারে 3: against gravity পজিশনে পেশী সংকুচিত করতে পারে 4: against gravity + resistance পজিশনে পেশী সংকুচিত করতে পারে 5: normal strength পরীক্ষা: পরীক্ষাকারী রোগীর পেশী স্থির করবে। রোগীকে নির্দেশ দেওয়া হবে পেশী সর্বোচ্চভাবে সংকুচিত করার জন্য। পরীক্ষাকারী স্কেল অনুসারে পেশীর শক্তি নির্ধারণ করবে। প্রয়োজনীয় সরঞ্জাম: -টেপ -গনিয়োমিটার -রেজিস্ট্যান্স ব্যান্ড (ঐচ্ছিক) সতর্কতা: -পরীক্ষার সময় রোগীর ব্যথা ন...

Farid Hassan in JUST :  Dr. Feroz, a professor at the Department of Physiotherapy and Rehabilitation of Jashore University of Science and Technology and the Joint General Secretary of the Bangladesh Physiotherapy Association (BPA), has received the highest recognition of "World Physiotherapy" for his exceptional contribution in the field of education at the World Physiotherapy Congress 2023. Every three years, recognition is given for contributions in physiotherapy education, treatment, and research in various parts of the world.
